I don't even know if the hoodie has been delivered as my fiance doesn't live at this address anymore. I ordered this hoodie on February the seventh I did not get any tracking info until sometime in April after I filed a police report against this company. (Such a Coincidence) Every step of dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare they have no way to contact them none of their contact information that is listed on their site is usable viable or has any grounds in reality. Their address that is currently listed is literally some type of coffee shop. Their Phone number that is posted changes every few weeks and it's usually to some random person that sometimes does not speak english. They are completely radio silent on Instagram Facebook and I'm assuming all of their other social media contacts as well. So I was not able to contact anybody about my order and has not received any contact back from the dozens of emails that I have sent. Nor on any of on any of the messages I have left on any of their social media that they have posted that I also have. Long story short it's been 3 months they have it listed on their website that they can fulfill these orders within 7 to 14 business days it is nothing but lies. I'm out $50 and we'll probably never see this hoodie with my own 2 eyes. This is probably some AI company across the sea that has no business advertising on American social media because they have no way to actually make their 7 to 14 day business delivery actually happen. I highly recommend to avoid at all costs and I wish all the absolute worst. I would like my money back.
Never received my shirt that I ordered and then after multiple attempts of getting in touch with their customer service and never gotten in touch. I still have not received the shirt nor have I heard from any customer service very likely this site is a scam. It was said that my shirt was ordered over a month ago never got it and now I'm getting this email saying that it has been delivered for the second time. Do not use this site.

I ordered a Obstagoon zip up hoodie and it did not arrive it has been two months and I’ve tried emailing and calling no response. I am very disappointed because I really wanted this hoodie as it is my favorite Pokemon and I spend $70.
Never received anything. A whole month passed and no update on the tracking number.
