🔄 Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
✅ Acceptable Returns:
✔️Unused, unwashed and in original packaging (with tags).
✔️Defective/damaged items (please provide photos).
✔️Items within the return/warranty period.
❌ Non-returnable items:
Personalized and customized products

2. Return Period
Within 30 days after order delivery. (Order shipping time is not included)

3. Return Process
1️⃣ Application Approval:
Send an email to support@followyourstars.com
And provide:
Order number
Product photos (if defective)
We will respond within 48 hours on business days and inform you of return instructions.
2️⃣ Return:
You are responsible for the shipping cost,
Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend purchasing insurance).
The address will be notified to you in the email.
3️⃣ Refund Time:
Within 5 business days after product inspection.
The refunded amount will be returned to you according to the original payment method (bank processing time is up to 14 days)

4. Refund Rules
💰 Refund amount:
The full price of the product (minus the original shipping cost).
🚚 Return shipping cost:
If the product is defective/wrongly shipped, provide the order number/photo of the product defect/send it to our email. Otherwise, the customer shall bear the cost.

5. Exchange
Size/color change: If in stock, it can be provided (please email us first).
No additional charge (the customer shall bear the return shipping cost).
6. Is the product damaged/missing?
📸 Please take a photo and email us within 48 hours after receiving the product.
🔜 We will replace the product or refund you.

⚠️ Important Tips

🔸We will not be responsible for problems caused by force majeure
🔸 We are not responsible for order delivery failure/loss due to incorrect address.
🔸 The product warranty period is 30 days after the order is delivered.
🔸 We are not responsible for additional customs duties and shipping costs incurred due to returns and exchanges. (Except for those caused by product quality/wrong goods!)
