Refund Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The refundable products only includes DIY Materials. All personalizable products are NOT eligible to get refund.
You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
Refunds are only applicable for products purchased directly from our website. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their refund policy.
Refund Process:
Contact our customer support team at support@yourgraduationcustom.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process.
Provide details of your order and the reason for the refund request.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping:
You need to pay the shipping fee in advance. When we receive your return and discover that the product is indeed defective through our fault, we will refund the shipping charges to you. If there is no problem, you will pay all shipping costs (including the cost of sending it to you again)
Refund Timeframe:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3~7 days.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more information.（If you want to cancel a customized product, please confirm with us whether it is produced or shipped. If it is produced or shipped, it cannot be canceled.）
