Yes, we support product customization. You can send us the content you need to customize by email or message. Please note that customized products cannot be returned or exchanged (except for quality issues). The production time is about 4-7 days (longer than ordinary products)

SHIPPING

North America, Europe, Oceania, 7-15 days, other regions about 10-20 days

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Packages with incorrect addresses may be returned to overseas warehouses. Please contact us first and we will contact the freight forwarder to find a solution.

Payment

Please check the status/balance of your credit card, try another card, load the store again and try paying again, if all else fails contact your credit card provider. If it is our problem please email us.

After the refund is approved, it will be refunded according to your payment channel within 7-10 working days (depending on the bank)
