the quality of the hoodie is nice, and the embroidery looks really good but the hoodie is too small. i ordered an xl and it feels more like a medium, the size tag in the hoodie was torn off when i got it so i cant say for sure what size it actually is. giving 3 stars cuz it looks really nice and feels nice but it doesnt fit me well at all. i didnt see at the time but looking back at the site that it says their styles run slim and they recommend going up 2 sizes. i would love to re-order it so i can get the size that fits, but im not sure if i want to spend all the money again to buy a second one.
had to add to this review since i looked at the size chart and mesured the hoodie i got. with no tag to go off of (as shown in one of the photos) the size measures up with the size small on the hoodie size chart on the website even though it was supposed to be a size XL. changing this review to 2 stars after doing the measurements as it seems like they sent the completely wrong size to me.
I’m leaving my original review up since all of that did happen but I’m now giving it 4 stars because the customer service is really good and they fixed my issue I had. They sent me a new hoodie free of charge and matched the size up perfectly with the measurements I told them. Only giving it 4 stars and not 5 because of the stuff that happened before, but if you do get the wrong size or something else happens the customer support is really helpful and will most likely fix it for you. :)
